Spring Beauty Trends: Cute Hair

While the spring runways were full of straight hair, wavy hair, and all that typical spring stuff, there were some innovative and fun updos as well. My favorites were twists on classic styles, left a little messy and undone (which means less hairspray, always a plus).

Carolina Herrera: this probably isn't that difficult to achieve, especially if you have a friend to help you out. Make one twist on each side, gather the ends into a ponytail, and then tuck the ponytail into itself and hide the ends. So cute! Karlie Kloss's death stare is seriously freaking me out though. Devil eyes.


Vera Wang: this is a combination of a high bun and a french twist. It's probably a little more difficult than the first style, but for an event your hairstylist could totally do this. I really like how the front and the bun are sort of messy; it takes all the typical stuffiness out of the french twist.
