Blush Blush Blush

I love blush. It's so easy to put on, but it really brightens up your look and wakes up your entire face. I'm pretty pale, so I love a bright pink blush to get that porcelain-doll/cartoon princess glow. Right now I'm using Cargo Blush in Catalina, $24 at sephora.com (it's the blush on the left). It's a blue-based bright pink with absolutely no shimmer. It comes in a huge tin, and it's pretty pigmented, so it's a good deal. Now, I really like my blush, and we work well together, but I'm starting to want more blush options, maybe something with a subtle shimmer.

Mac Mineralize Skinfinish, Redhead Degrade from the Blonde, Brunette, Redhead collection (it's the one on the left), available for $28 at maccosmetics.com. This has gotten great reviews on Makeupalley, and it's even prettier in person. It's a golden-pink with a bit of gold shimmer that looks like it would glow on pale skin. Plus, it's MAC, so it's high quality.

Nars Blush in Mata Hari, $25 at sephora.com. This is a light, cotton candy pink with subtle silver shimmer. Nars blushes are amazing, really pigmented, and a good deal. This might be a little too similar to what I already have though...

Givenchy Sari Glow Iridescent Blush in Maharani Pink, available for $42 at sephora.com. This is a really sheer, shimmery pale pink. The packaging is so pretty! And it comes with a brush (even though I already have a blush brush but still...)

I think I might have to get that MAC blush...if I ever get my act together enough to save the money to buy it...although if I find $40 on the street I'm totally getting that Givenchy one too just so I can stare at it.
