Fashion with a Purpose

So I recently got back from spending a week on the Hopi reservation in Arizona. And while this may not strike you as the most fashionable of moments, give me a quick second. Our host was not only ridiculously nice, she's also a very talented silversmith. In fact, at least according to tourists and the internet, she's also famous in Japan. Let me introduce you to Iva Casuse, silver jewelry maker extraordinaire. Her jewelery is rather reasonably prices, although if you buy it online it is more expensive and she doesn't see a bit of the profit. So if you feel like taking a vacation and you don't want to spend too much money (who does?), then consider taking a road trip or something through the southwest including the Hopi nation in Arizona, just about two hours north of Flagstaff.
